The Opportunity – Design Engineering Placement scheme   Start Date -  July 2026, typically for 12 months. Starting salary – Minimum Wage for Age ​​​​​​​ Minimum Entry Criteria – You must be a current University student in your 2nd year of study in Electrical Controls, Electrical Systems, Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical Engineering looking to spend your 3rd year on placement and graduating no earlier than July 2028.   Must be well organised and disciplined, with the ability to prioritise workload and use time effectively. Must be proactive, self-motivated, agile, and work with limited supervision. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner.
