The EDM tooling we design can hold up to 49 electrodes as small as diameter 0,25mm by 700mm long, eject & replenish the electrodes automatically, rotates at 1000 rpm, uses deionised water at 95 bar pressure, & supplies 300 volts / 30 amps of electrical current to the electrode.
