To develop design engineering skills, knowledge and experience through working within the Hadley Construction Technology (HCT) team, culminating in a design role within the HadleyFRAME, Building Products or Construction Technology business units. Receiving training on construction technologies offered by the Hadley Group, developing structural design skills across the construction product range and working side by side with design engineers, technical consultants and software developers to deliver best in class product and project designs for internal and external customers. THE ROLE Proactively engage with the HCT team and associated business units, continuously developing design engineering skills, knowledge and experience aimed at Hadley’s construction products
Take ownership for the completion of graduate training, design tasks, and project work, with the aim of developing to be able to apply independent judgement to engineering problems.
