I'm currently supporting a well-established, multi-disciplinary Civil, Structural and Geotechnical Engineering consultancy with a strong footprint across UK infrastructure. With over 40 years of industry experience and a team of around 120 technical specialists, the business continues to grow through long-term client relationships, technical excellence and a collaborative culture.
As part of their continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a Senior Civil Engineer to join their Basingstoke office.
This is a key technical role within the team, offering the opportunity to take ownership of drainage and infrastructure schemes while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to project delivery from concept through to completion.
Reporting to the Discipline Lead, you will play a leading role in the design and coordination of infrastructure projects across residential, commercial, education, leisure, public sector and rail developments.
Responsibilities will include:
This role offers genuine autonomy, technical responsibility and the opportunity to influence project outcomes, while remaining hands-on in design.
Engineers who are ready to step up into a senior role, even if not yet Chartered, are encouraged to apply.
If you are seeking a role that combines technical leadership, project ownership and long-term career progression within a stable and growing consultancy, I would welcome a confidential conversation.
