Quantity Surveyors & Design Engineers
Location: London & South East
We are supporting a leading UK infrastructure contractor in recruiting both Quantity Surveyors and Design Engineers to join established teams delivering major civil engineering and infrastructure projects across London and the South East.
Managing commercial aspects of infrastructure and civils projects
Working under NEC contracts
Cost control, valuations, variations and subcontract management
Supporting project delivery teams to ensure commercial performance
Requirements:
Experience within civil engineering, infrastructure, or utilities
Strong commercial awareness
NEC contract experience (preferred)
Producing and reviewing civil/infrastructure design solutions
Working collaboratively with delivery and commercial teams
Supporting technical submissions and project execution
Ensuring designs are compliant, efficient and buildable
Requirements:
Civil engineering or infrastructure design background
Relevant engineering qualification
Experience within major projects or frameworks advantageous
