Essential:
A relevant Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, or Foundation Degree/HNC/HND together with sufficient post qualification experience Experience in highway maintenance techniques and in identifying pavement treatments and solutions Asset management and construction experience within the highway sector Experience in undertaking asset condition surveys Commercial awareness in the delivery of projects Knowledge of highway design guidance and standards including Design Manual for Roads and Bridges, Manual for Streets, LTN 1/20 (Low Traffic Neighbourhood), TSRGD (Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions), MCDHW and other relevant codes of practice and design standards Understanding of Health & Safety & Environment in design and construction Awareness of CDM (Construction Design Management) 2015 regulations Computer literate particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word Competent user of AutoCAD & Civil 3D (desirable) Full UK/EEC driving licenceYou’ll get this and so much more…
