Electrical Design Engineer

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be required to deliver high-quality electrical designs for a number of industries where reliability, safety, and documentation accuracy are paramount. This role covers the full project lifecycle – from concept and detailed design through manufacture, testing, installation, and commissioning.  

What we would like from the Electrical Design Engineer:

• HNC/HND in Electrical or Control Engineering (Degree preferred)
• Strong experience in electrical control panel design using EPLAN Electric P8
• Experience delivering projects in critical or safety-regulated environments
• Proven involvement in panel build support, FAT/SAT, installation, commissioning, and
• Knowledge of BS EN 60204-1, BS EN 61439, EMC, and UKCA/CE requirements
• Working knowledge of BS 7671, particularly LV control panel integration, protection, earthing, and cable selection
