How you will do it
As aLead Design Engineer, you will:
Design and deliver advanced CCTV and Access Control systems, including new builds and system upgrades.Support sales teams with technical input, conduct site surveys, and participate in system acceptance testing.Produce detailed schematics, parts lists, specifications, schedules, and wiring/equipment layouts.Perform technical calculations (e.g., network bandwidth, power, heat dissipation) and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.Collaborate with commissioning engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system setup—whether remotely, in-office, or on-site.What we look for
Proven experience in theSecurity industry, specifically withCCTV systemsandAccess Control.Strong knowledge of:IP and analogue CCTV componentsAccess Control systemsIP networking, copper, fibre, and wireless communicationsPC server/client architectureFamiliarity with leading VMS and ACS platforms such asC-Cure, Lenel, Genetec, and Synergy.Bonus: Experience with Intruder, BMS systems, and legacy protocols (RS232, RS485).Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.A flexible, self-motivated approach with the ability to manage multiple projects.What we offer
