Job Description Assystem Energy & Infrastructure  are recruiting for a Design Engineer  to work at our customers site in  Derby  on a contract basis. Design, acquire Special to Product tooling & fixtures supporting the manufacture and delivery of Steam Raising Plants. Execute Manufacturing Engineering activities to develop, maintain and continuously improve tooling & fixtures to aid manufacturing processes, methods of manufacture or delivery of the product.  Provide the technical support for ensuring tooling & fixtures are capable of meeting and continuing to meet business and customer requirements for safety, quality, cost, deliver rate and leadtime (SQCD).
