Job Description DESIGN ENGINEER – HEAVY ENGINEERING SANDIACRE, NOTTINGHAM COMPETITIVE SALARY Progress Rail is looking to recruit a talented Design Engineer to join our diverse and dynamic Engineering team in Sandiacre. Managing 2-3 projects at any one time, you will be responsible for the design and development of engineering products from the justification stage, through to provision of documentation and technical support in service. This includes the interfaces with related equipment, assembly, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Your technical knowledge will enable you to have sufficient awareness of details to recognise when technical problems are becoming apparent and be able to initiate corrective actions.
