Job Description My client is a privately runned family business and have a small parts department and looking for a new Parts Manager. This would ideally suit a number 2 who would like the opportunity to manage his/her own department. We run a Mazda, Mitsubishi and Honda approved parts department and operate daily deliveries to trade customers. We are currently doing approx. £137,000 per month turnover. Basic salary for the right person would be £33,000 per annum plus quarterly bonus for hitting manufacture targets. There is no OTE as we pay 1 ½ % of the bottom-line profit.
