About this role


This award winning and collaborative design/architecture studio are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. Thy are a friendly team of 30 architects, interior designers and master planners based in the West End and their award-winning projects cover a broad range of sectors; workplace, fit-out, residential, public realm and mixed-use.

As their new Marketing Coordinator you will work closely with and be mentored by their Marketing Manager, but will also have the opportunity to have your say and really contribute to the marketing conversation. They are keen to meet with people with a background in the architecture and design industry who will go on to help them promote their brand and tell their story.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the Marketing Manager to coordinate the marketing strategy content Maintain the brand library including templates, collateral and other resources Create new marketing collateral including project sheets, staff CV's Coordinate project photography Website management Coordinate PR agency meetings Work with the Marketing Manager of social media strategy Track social media performance Track award submissions and maintain awards calendar Coordinate events Skills and Experience Prior experience in a similar role with the architecture and design industry Strong graphic skills, namely InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro Experience with social media management Ability to work independently but also as part of a team Strong communication skills both written and verbal Benefits Flexible and hybrid working Enhanced leave based on length of service Discretionary bonus Frequent social events including an annual team trip
