Music Teacher – Braintree Area – Starting September 2024

Prospero Teaching is looking for a Music Teacher for a Secondary school in the Braintree area. This role will be a full-time position starting in September 2024.

CONTRACT DETAILS

Location – Braintree Area Position – Music Teacher Type of work – Music Teacher in a secondary school Contract or position start date – September 2024 Duration / Likely Duration – Supply basis Contract or likely end date – Ongoing Contract type – temporary Full time/part time – Full time Minimum rate of pay – Minimum rate £140 for qualified teachers Hours – 8:30 am – 4pm, plus parents evenings and meetings as required

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

QTS, QTLS or equivalent Minimum 1 year teaching experience in the UK Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related references
