Our client is a a global medical technology company that specializes in the development and sale of surgical products and services. Due to their continued growth they are now looking for a Territory Manager - West Midlands to join their team and cover Birmingham, Kettering, Northampton, Warwick, Derby, Droitwich and Leicester. To be successful as a Territory Manager, you should stay up-to-date with the client's product portfolio and maintain the brand appearance to its highest standards. Ultimately, the duties of a Territory Manager are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the sales goals defined for the region.
Key responsibilities:
Managing territory effectively and responsible for growth and maintenance of business in line with regional sales objectives, meeting quarterly and annual sales targets. Understanding of customers’ needs and identify the opportunity to promote and sell products. Implementing training sessions, product trials and workshops on the use of products. Deliver these sessions to nurses, theatre practitioners and surgeons. Engaging with senior management and key decision-makers. Working closely with other Sales team members within the defined region, and the Regional Sales Manager, to ensure customer service levels are best in class across that region. Attend surgeon training meetings and educational conferences.To be considered for this position candidates must closely match the following reference profile:
2 years + of surgical sales experience Educated to a degree level, preferably BSc. High levels of communication, both verbally and written. Computer skills, MS Office. Presentation skills with modern presentation media. Highly organised, competitive, positive, confident, enthusiastic, ‘can do’ attitude and achieves goals. Driving license.
