HGV class 1 driver – nights

We are looking for an HGV Class 1/LGV Cat.CE driver to cover a range of roles for our client in Wisbech. We’re looking at site shunting plus trunks either going south or to the midlands/north west.

Trunks – Shifts start 22.30 and 23.30 (minimum 8 hours pay, but shifts usually run 11-12 hours) Site shunts – 1700-0500 Fridge trailer Scania units with all the bells and whistles

The successful driver/s can expect:

Night rate £15.40 PAYE Plus holiday pay on all hours worked from Day 1 Weekly Pay, a week in hand

As a Class 1 Driver you must:

Have held and used the LGV Category CE entitlement on your licence to meet customer’s insurance restrictions Have a Driver’s CPC Card and Digital Tacho card Have no more than 6 points on your licence for ‘minor’ offences (please ask us if you’re not sure)
