Job Description

Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Single point of contact for customers across the UK and Ireland Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Care Representative should have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident speaking with multiple consumers. Proven experience of a similar role within customer support. Organised and able to prioritise work load. Customer orientated Able to work as part of a team.
