Our client is a franchised car dealership, who are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager for their busy and thriving site.

OTE circa £55-£60K Company Car Company Pension SchemeSales Manager Role:
To report to the General Manager, you will be coordinating the daily activities of the Sales Executives To provide support, coaching and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability being primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI’s To be experienced with all aspects of the F&I functions in order to maximise sales profitability To oversee the enquiry management process To promote at all times the professional image of the dealership and ensure that customer satisfaction standards are maintained To maintain accurate and up to date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular reviews of performance against targets. To be involved in vehicle part-exchange appraisals / valuations, controlling and sales dealsAs a Sales Manager You:
Will have previous experienced as a Sales Manager, Sales Controller and will be working within a main dealer environment, who is looking to take the next step in their career. will Comply with FSA regulation. Have to have franchised dealership experience Will be self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed. Will have have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work You will have proven experience with strong exposure in selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management and administrative duties.
