We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join a leading valve company based in the West Moors area. They offer a relaxed work atmosphere with on-the-job training; this is a permanent role. Previous experience is essential through machining or inspection.
Responsibilities and Experience
To inspect manufactured and bought in parts
To calibrate in-house measuring equipment
Perform inspections using process instructions, documentation and standard procedures.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Preform 1st offs and patrolled inspection.
Support Non-Conforming Parts Reports and process
Communicate quality issues to Shop floor and Management.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm, Friday 8am-1pm (37 hours)
