Your newpany
Working for an insurancepany that has a global footprint, with 4,000 headcount. You'll be sitting at group level looking after the corporate functions client group of circa 400.

Your new role

You'll be providing full employee life cycle support, from org design, talent, performance and employee relations. As well as BAU, you'll be expected to design and implement key HR projects.

Advise on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary and dismissals Keep up with regulations andpliance such as SMCR Stakeholder management, providing advice and guidance on all people-related topics Provide support for talent management including succession planning, talent acquisition and performance management
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be someone who has worked within an Insurance or wider Financial Services environment for the past 5 years, now operating at an HR Management / HR Business Partner level. You'll be knowledgeable on employee relations and legislation, with experience of supportingpanies with risk mitigation.
