Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements weekly, monthly, quarterly.
Handling Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger, ensuring prompt payment processing and credit notes
Supporting Head of Finance with Credit Control
Make construction contract applications for payment
Job Costing
Accruals, prepayments, stock take/processing/valuations

To apply for this role, you should have:



Previous PL & SL experience
Previous experience in preparing financial reports
Experience working with accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive attitude
