What we are looking for: Be well organized and able to run a considerable number of cases Be resilient and committed, remaining composed under pressure Have excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy Have strong IT skills, particularly the use of Excel and Word Be self motivated with a strong work ethic Uphold the firm’s reputation by providing a first-class service
Key Responsibilities: Manage and represent clients in contentious probate cases Handle property litigation matters related to disputes, boundaries, and ownership Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies Provide legal advice and guidance on contentious probate and property issues Collaborate with legal teams and clients to develop effective case strategies Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting probate and property litigation
