A key client is seeking 2 Corporate associates to join its reputable team at the mid level. The firm has a strong stream of work coming in from its key industry sectors, so the Corporate team is looking for capable mid-level associates to join. This is a brand new opportunity not currently being advertised by the firm.
The firm itself has a strong reputation in its core sectors and is well known in the City for its combination of a friendly atmosphere with very high quality work. In particular, the Corporate team works across several sectors, with an emphasis on fintech and financial services, but also covering broader area.
The majority of their work focuses on: Private and Public M&A, Venture Capital, General Corporate Advisory, Start-ups, Alternative finance and reorgnatisation. Strong M&A and General Corporate experience is required.
The team is made up of leading individuals in the latest editions of Chambers and the Legal , who frequently work on high quality and interesting matters. In joining this firm, a candidate will have an opportunity to develop their experience within a supportive environment.
