Proactive Personnel ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service / Administrator for our client based in Nottingham city centre.
This is working in a main dealership and will be supporting the Service Advisor team.
Duties:
Update in house computer system Update customers with progress Confirm specific repair details with customers Create / send invoices via in house system Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them Update in house systemTo be considered for this role, you must be a confident communicator and have excellent administration skills.
This is a temporary to permanent position with an immediate start.
An immediate start is available with this role.
07:00- 17:00 Monday – Friday – flexibility with hours is available) You will also be required to work Saturday AM’s on a rota basis.An immediate start is available for the successful candidate.
