Key Responsibilities Working within a team environment, liaising with multiple different departments. Managing orders process from customer request to after sale service. Managing key accounts. General sales administration. Ensuring all clients receive the highest level of customer service.
Skills & Experience At least 4 years of previous experience in a customer service department. Experience within the interior design sector is preferable. Great written and spoken communication skills. Enjoys working in a fast pace environment. Highly organised and a problem solver.
