Monitor import arrivals and communicate with customer warehouses. Coordinate deliveries with sales and logistics teams. Review and process all necessary import shipping documentation. Liaise with freight forwarding agents and maintain accurate databases. Handle pre-alerts and book deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient logistics operations.Skills We Value:
Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or similar roles. Knowledge of import freight shipping and Customs procedures. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.Bonus Points For:
