The main purpose of this role will be to ensure that class leading new and innovative products are developed on time and to budget in line with customer requirements and the growth expectations of the business. This is a challenging and exciting role in a dynamic and growing organisation, working as part of the Design Team and reporting to the Engineering Manager. In addition to being a ‘hands-on’ design role, the role will also involve the leadership and management of engineering deliverables within project teams. Utilising the latest 3D CAD Systems and in-house project management process ‘Concept to Production’.
