The PositionFor this role, you will be an effective team leader and should be able to work collaboratively with the team and other professionals on projects to ensure the best outcomes for clients. 75% of your projects will be primarily residential, and the rest is made up of a very diverse selection of social housing, hospitals, education, retail and commercial. Additionally, you will be working on projects ranging from £ site-surveys through to £40million construction private mansions.You will have direct client contact so having good communication skills is a must.
