A Surrey based company that specialise in high precision test rigs for a variety of industries including Automotive, Civil Engineering and Energy is seeking to recruit a Mechanical Design Engineer. The Role This position will involve a range mechanical engineering and design related to bespoke test rigs. This will include using Solidworks to perform design work related to mechanical components such as hydraulics, gears and actuators. Welded structure design, design for manufacture and FEA will also be involved. Experience Ideal candidates will have similar design experience (any mainstream 3D CAD) from a high precision mechanical engineering type environment.
