A global supplying Special Purpose Machinery manufacturer in the Leeds region are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join their multi-disciplined Engineering team. This company focus on bespoke designs across 3 niche growing sectors. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, youll report directly to the Design Engineering Manager and work on full life cycle designs whilst improving the existing product range. This will require expertise with complex machinery and mechanical equipment from the ground up including first principle calculations, detailed drawings and 3D models using Solidworks & Inventor. Youll join a multi-skilled Engineering team consisting of Mechanical, Electrical & Controls Engineers in a department which has grown substantially over the last 12 months due to a large number of high-value projects.
