Who Are We? Thaleron is a driven team with significant financial backing developing an entirely new mechanical energy storage technology. We have proven it in the lab, and are now building our first scale prototypes. Our aim is not to just make a carbon-free grid cost-competitive with fossil fuels, but drastically cheaper. As a Mechanical Engineer at Thaleron, you’ll be part of a team of world experts, developing new concepts, rapidly building and testing to destruction. Our team is onsite in Maidenhead at least three days per week, creating an environment conducive to rapid innovation and seamless teamwork.
