JOB – Junior Design Engineer  LOCATION - Somerset  TERM - Permanent SALARY - £25,000 - £30,000 per annum plus benefits (dependent on experience) My client design steel structures within a number of different industries, they are looking for a Junior Design Engineer to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis.  The Junior Design Engineer will ideally have the following attributes: A degree level education or alternate qualification equivalent in Structural /Civil Engineering (BEng, BSc) Confidence in the use of 3D CAD – Tekla experience is beneficial but not crucial Good knowledge of fabrication manufacturing processes The ability to work well alone as well as part of a team Excellent analytical, critical thinking and strategic skills Excellent communication skills   The Junior Design Engineer duties will involve: Steel connection design Using 2D and 3D CAD software daily Working within the existing Engineering team including (drawing office, fabrication team, architects etc)...
