Randstad are recruiting for a Mechanical Design Engineer for a client based near Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset. They are a small but growing business that specialises in manufacturing water purification machinery for a variety of industries, both across the UK and internationally. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for producing P&ID's, layout and general arrangement drawings. The ideal candidate will: Produce P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) - ESSENTIAL Be fully conversant in use of Solidworks - ESSENTIAL Experience of MS AutoCAD Lite though other CAD packages will be considered Produce drawings and diagrams in a timely manner Have good attention to detail This is a full time permanent position with a salary of £34,000-£38,000.
